they are doing. When a room is lit by candle- light, the conversations become slower-paced with more thoughtful pauses and personal sharing.
I tend to gravitate more toward dim lighting when I am alone, as it elicits within me a sense of creative calm. It seems as though when the external lights are lowered, my inner world comes alive, and I get better ideas and seem to come up with more meaningful insights.
When the lights are on, my outer world gets activated and I start thinking about all the things I have to do. Therefore, one of the intentions I’ve decided to set for this year is to spend more time in dim lighting. Will you join me?
