Applications are available by phone and in-person for those without access to a computer or internet. IMPORTANT: You MUST be a renter to apply. Homeowners are NOT eligible for this program.

Place the two craft sticks together, the decorated side facing out. Match the holes up. Insert the screws in the holes from the front to the back.

Twist the nuts onto the screws. Slip
a photo in between the two sticks. Loosen the nut, if needed, and retight- en. The length of the screws in the back will help prop the photo holder up.
8 You can use this technique with other substrates like
clipboards or a canvas panel. You can glue buttons, flowers, stickers, etc. over the screw tops on the front to decorate them.
