LILIKO‘I BARS
Ingredients for crust:
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add butter and combine again.
Add mixture to a 9-by-13-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Spread out lightly, don’t push down in the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

• 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup all-purpose flour • 1 cup liliko‘i juice
• powdered sugar

                  Mix eggs, flour and sugar in a bowl. When mixed well, add liliko‘i juice.
Pour mixture into cooked crust. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove bars from pan by picking up the parchment paper. Sprinkle on powdered sugar, cut into squares and serve.
