  IGet A Spicy Kick Out Of This Fried Fish Dish
SALMON CROQUETTES
Ingredients:
• 1 tall can of salmon (debone/deskin if you prefer) • 2 slivers green pepper
• 2 slivers Vidalia onion
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper • 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup flour
• cooking oil, to coat pan Directions.
Add oil to pan and put on medium heat.
Add salmon to a bowl. Cut onion and bell peppers and add to bowl. Then, add egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs to bowl, and mash up the mixture with a fork until fully mixed. Take a handful of mixture to form a patty, and sprinkle flour on each side. Add patty to a pan with oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve with rice.
