Directions:
Grade sweet potato. Mix mochiko, water and salt. Incorporate wet mix into graded sweet potato.
Heat oil in a pan.
Scoop 1 spoonful of sweet potato onto pan and spread into a patty and fry until golden brown.
Note: My grandmother would make this for the grandkids as a snack growing up. Although she was Filipino, this was one of only four Filipino that dishes she made.
