Blood pressure normally rises and falls throughout the day, but it can damage your heart and cause health problems if it stays high for a long time. High Blood Pressure or Hypertension, is blood pressure that is higher than 130/80 mm Hg.
Risks of the Silent Killer
Hypertension increases the risk for heart disease and stroke. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, and is known as the Silent Killer.
