A Long-Term Solution for Chronic Pain
People have always been in good hands at Cherry Healing Center, and so
it comes as no surprise that the family-run clinic is offering a “handy” new treatment for patients
in 2022.
Beginning in January,
Owner Rabakka Fulkerson
has expanded services by welcoming her nephew, massage therapist William
King, to the premier acupuncture business in Hilo.
“I felt I needed to bring William aboard because a lot of clients have been asking for full-body massages,” explains Fulkerson. “For many of my existing acupuncture patients, the service will be viewed as an added benefit. For those who may only come
to the clinic for a massage, we hope it will be a great segue into discovering the tremendous advantages
of acupuncture.”
King graduated at “the
top of his class” at Salon Professional Academy, located in Fargo, North Dakota, and will specialize in sports massage and trigger point therapy, notes Fulkerson.
“I’ve been around William for much of his life and he loves the biomedical aspect
of massage and being able to predictably affect the body in a positive way,” she says. “It’s just something that always came naturally to him.”
According to Fulkerson, King is available to perform full-body massages after normal
business hours on weekdays and even on some weekends. Those wishing to receive this service are encouraged to call the clinic and inquire about gift certificates.
At Cherry Healing Center, clients are
put on a path to optimal health through
a full range of acupuncture services offered. Beyond accident-related injuries (automobile and work-related), the center also assists patients dealing with a host of health issues, including pain, weight, insomnia, anxiety, depression
and addiction.
Located at 234 Waianuenue Ave., No. 101, the clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. To schedule an appointment or to learn more about
the center’s services, including its packages and membership program, call or text 489-4272, or visit cherryhealingcenter.com.
The FDA has authorized the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 and above.
